Well this would be the 10th Month I’ve been with them, and life has been ‘easy’ with them. I have to say life was more stressful with my other hosts, and Knownhost just makes it easy.
I screwed up the other night, I was updating the software on my Invision Power Board, and FTP was timing out, when it was trying to reconnect, (and failing) my server viewed the number of attempts (more than 100) as a Brute Force Attack, which at that point, my server LOCKED me out!! I’m talking, no HTTP, FTP, SSH, PING, NOTHING!! I was out of my box!
It was 1AM here in Colorado when I submitted the ticket. I had recently changed ISP’s and forgot to update my firewall rules to allow my IP address. So I sent my ticket in requesting them to let me in.
Response was quick (for the time of day), and I was up and running shortly there after.
If you’re looking for a VPS, or a hosting provider, definitely give Knownhost a chance, I’m glad I did and don’t regret it.

You’re right. Knownhost’s support is pure round the clock. No hype. One of my high traffic sites is hosting with its VPS package. What I like most is that when the support team responded your ticket, they will elaborate the things that they did to come up with the solution of your problem. Most of the time, if it is necessary, they would attach image file in their emails to show you that your site is now accessible. Long live knownhost.com.
