I felt I needed to support this cause. It’s sad to see business done like this, it is hard enough to find quality web hosting, but when your webhosting company does this to you, what’s the world coming to?

Thank you so much for supporting my cause. I have since had many, many unfortunate individuals contact me with similar or same experiences with Avidhosting.com. They are so upset (and that’s saying it kindly) over the fact they have lost their domains and are fighting to get them back. I had someone tell me they were told they could have their domain back if they paid $100. I was told I could get my clients’ domains back if I paid $40 plus $197. Another individual said he was told he’d have to pay $500. So the list is becoming very long.

I have not been able to login to my avid hosting account since this past Tuesday and also my website has been down since this past Wed. I am losing dollars and ways for customers to contact me.
Is there a way I can find out what is going on??

I could recommend a new host for you, but I can offer no assistance with the problems you’re having with Avid Hosting.
